A technocrat with extensive expertise in Product Design, Tool Engineering, and Precision Manufacturing, Mr. C.N. Hari laid the foundation for Besmak's growth through a clear vision—to build an Indian engineering enterprise capable of delivering world-class products and manufacturing excellence. Beginning with a tool design studio in 1987, he expanded into the connector business in 1989, identifying the growing need for reliable connectivity solutions in the automotive and industrial sectors. Building on this foundation, Besmak Components Pvt. Ltd. was formally established in 1994, marking the start of a new phase of growth and diversification.
Under his leadership, Besmak evolved into a multi-location, IATF 16949-certified manufacturing enterprise with advanced facilities across Chennai, Ahmedabad, Pune, and Delhi, serving leading automobile customers and producing millions of precision-engineered components every day.
